My Den was born in Loughton, Essex on April 21, 1958. She made me the Happiest Man in the World, when she married me on her 21st Birthday.
She courageously fought to the last, 3 long hard battles with Cancer,
She is the much loved and fondly remembered wife of Ian,
Den will always be remembered for her friendliness, her courage, and for always having a smile, by all her friends and family.

So glad to have met Denise. Every time she came to visit us in France she made us a little more humble. God rest you, brave lady. Thoughts and prayers to Ian, Denise couldn't have wished for a better husband and carer. With love, Jen and all at L'Homme Vert.

I only knew Denise at Bedford Hospice she was the bravest person I know.
